Which Financing Option Is Right For You?

Below are the steps to determine what terms and loan amount your property can qualify for.

  1. Initial discussion and/or summary of your request. Is this a long-term hold or short-term hold? Where is the property located? What are your goals for the property?
  2. Provide basic property and borrower financials. This typically includes a rent roll (if applicable), 3 years profit and loss statements and a personal financial statement and real estate schedule for the borrower.
  3. We will run a cash flow analysis, look at the property (in person or online) and determine the most optimal financing for the scenario and present to the borrower.
